No. Our trackers come with the SIM card already built in and included in the service plan. You only pay for the plan, no extra SIM fee.

Right after purchase you receive an email with an activation link. As soon as the tracker arrives, you enter the IMEI — tracking starts immediately. Order by 2 pm on a business day = same-day shipping.

With the monthly plan you can cancel every month. With 3, 6, 12 or 24 months you pay less per month; cancellation then takes effect at the end of the chosen term, otherwise the plan renews for the same term at your price.

Your location data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany (GDPR-compliant). We do not share any data with third parties. On cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.

Yes. The SIM card automatically selects the best available network (2G or 4G) in more than 160 countries and works across borders without roaming surcharges. Our network coverage map shows which countries are covered.

Any time. In the portal under "My service plans" you simply select the new plan. The change is billed pro rata.

If you use your own SIM card or your own tracker, choose one of the Basic plans. Current prices are listed above under plans; for special cases, just get in touch.

No. The trackers ship without a PIN, without a manufacturer lock and without vendor lock-in. If you stop using our portal, you can reconfigure the devices yourself with the manufacturer's standard tools (e.g. Teltonika Configurator) and enter a different server.
