Routes can be hidden to minimise data; pseudonymisation of patient IDs is planned.

A typical dialysis morning
Three patients, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, fixed times: the dispatcher plans the tour in the weekly planner and assigns the right vehicle. The driver sees their jobs in the app. On arrival at the clinic, the geofence automatically records the arrival time — the basis for punctuality and billable waiting time. Every trip is documented via GPS.
